End The Summer With A Kick-Ass Bash!
 Our weekend events are greatly popular and you definitely don't want to miss this one! We normally have 300+ people in attendance and it is a weekend that people truly look forward to. It is also a great time for you to try out one of our events if you've never been to one. Join us for one or all events! See you there!

Important Notes - Updated August 21st, 2008 

Paying @ The Door: Dance/Karaoke/Pool events can be paid at the door and everyone is welcome. No pre-registration or membership needed. The only events that need an RSVP are the meals (Friday Pre-Bash Dinner, Sunday Lunch and Monday Breakfast). These are currently sold out but you can email to see if there are any last minute openings. Everything else is pay at the door and everyone is welcome.

Overnight Rooms - We have sold out our room block twice already and we've now taken on the FINAL rooms that the hotel has left. So if you need a room, you MUST call as soon as possible. Please note there are NO MORE DOUBLES left in the block. You can try asking for a King room with a sofa bed to accommodate those groups that are sharing. To book, please call 781-272-8800 and asking for the Heavenly Bodies Room Block. Our special rate is $79 and it is good for Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon nights for those arriving early and departing late. Please note you do NOT need a room to attend our events. If you have any trouble booking a room or need additional nights at our rate, please contact contact Heather by phone at 413-668-7799 and she will do her best to assist you.

What is the Sunday Triple Play Party?: We will have a regular dance party from 9pm to 12am with the party following up to the indoor pool and outdoor patio will open at 11:30p and be open until 1:30am. So break out those summer clothes and bathing suits one last time because we're partying summer style. **Please note if you do not want to wear a suit or swim, there is plenty of seating to just come hang out.

Pool and Stairs To Access It - If you have attended parties at this hotel in the past and have tried to go to the pool to realize there are only ladders, please note that will NOT be the case when you come to our weekend event. We will have special stairs that enter into the pool with a platform and rails leading into the pool that are rated to 600lbs and super sturdy and accessible for all those able to do stairs. Lunch Buffet Menu: This will be a BBQ Buffet Luncheon - Burgers, Dogs, Chicken and More!

8:30pm-1:00am Saturday Night Dance Party Admission: $20
1:00am-2:30am Heavenly Bodies Diner Breakfast Buffet: $14.00* Inclusive (includes tax & tip)
                           *This event is paid directly to the hotel and is first come, first serve seating.

Please note that if you RSVP you are required to pay the full admission, even if you do not show up. We will accept cancellations until August 20th as well. Those who RSVP, are no-shows and do not pay the fee will never be able to RSVP again for another event. We are doing this on the honor system and so far it has worked.
