Paying @ The Door: Dance/Pool events can be paid at
the door and everyone is welcome. No pre-registration or
membership needed. The only events that need an RSVP are
the: Saturday Games Luncheon and Monday Farewell
Breakfast. Please see simple email instructions
on how to RSVP below. Everything
else is pay at the door and everyone is welcome.
Save Money, Prepay Online!: We are offering a
full package that includes all events for $65 via
PayPal. This will save you $10 and allow you to use your
credit card. You may also prepay for a non-meal package
for $35 that saves you $5 and includes all events except
the Sunday Luncheon and Monday Breakfast. If you'd like
to prepay, please send the appropriate amount to

Overnight Rooms
(More Available - Call ASAP!):
Please note that we have completely sold out the Holiday
Inn on Saturday night of the bash (Friday, Sunday nights
are still available at our $82 rate by calling
781-935-8760) and they have a wait list going now for
those still needing rooms. At this point, we don't
believe any will come available so we have gotten an
overflow room block at the Extended Stay Suites in
Woburn, MA just around the corner. It's just on the
other side of the rotary across from Stop & Shop. You
may book at the discounted Heavenly Bodies rate of
$85.49 by calling the hotel directly at:
(781) 938-3737. Please note that this will probably also
sell out, so you must call ASAP in order to guarantee a
room. Please note you do NOT need a

What is the Sunday Don't Forget The Lyrics Games
Luncheon?:
This is a chance to get to know your fellow bash
attendees better while enjoying a yummy lunch and
competing for a prize! This time around we’re playing
our own HB version of Don’t Forget the Lyrics. Join a
team of friends and strangers to compete in the musical
gameshow you’ve seen on TV but with our own twist. This
is a friendly game, so a perfect singing voice isn’t
required, but a desire to have fun is! The $20 fee
covers your participation in the game and your lunch, so
take the guesswork out of planning a meal and join us!
Please
note you must RSVP for meal events and this is one of
them. Please see instructions on how to do that in the
Schedule Of Events section below.
What is the Sunday Evening, Double Play Party?:
We will have a regular dance party from 9pm to
12am with the party following up to the heated indoor pool
from 12am to 1:30am. So break out those summer clothes and bathing
suits
because we're partying summer style. **Please note if
you do not want to wear a suit or swim, there is plenty
of seating to just come hang out.
What Is The Hospitality & Games Room?:
The
Hospitality Room is a specially designated area for bash
attendees (and only bash attendees - sorry!). This is
our meet and greet area and most times you’ll find free
light snacks available. Bash attendees can use this room
to make time with friends, meet new people or just play
a game. It’s a great place to just hang out when you
have down time and want to mingle. There is no cost to
participate, but you must be an attendee of one or more
of our paid events to enjoy this special perk.
